A season of US Survivor could film here in the Philippines only and only if the terror threat ban imposed on our country could be lifted.
European Survivor franchises don't have the same terror threat level on us as the US does, hence their filming. My guess is that IF US Survivor goes beyond the 20th season (which according to speculation would be filmed in India), then the chances of them filming somewhere here would increase. |

I hope Samoa will be the last Pacific location, 6 out of 19 seasons (Marquesas, Vanuatu, Palau, Cook Islands, Fiji, Micronesia, and Samoa) should be more than
enough. Besides, they could easily run out of themes and twists. And they should stay out of Panama. Period.
Usually they film in adjacent locations during back to back locations. While India for S20 is great, there are also rumors that they will recycle cook islands. I still hope they will land in our shores soon. There has been 4 seasons with brown logo schemes: Samoa, Tocantins, Micronesia, and Fiji. I want a dark blue one. |
